General Conditions
1. This insurance covers individuals up to the age of 80.
2. For individuals over the age of 80, an additional premium will be
charged, not exceeding 50% of the base premium.
3. Any deception, falsehood, or concealment of information or data provided by the insured or on their behalf before or at the time of obtaining the insurance or when submitting a claim shall render this insurance null and void, and all claims shall be forfeited.
4. The insured person must take all reasonable precautions to protect themselves as if they were not insured.
5. Any endorsement, amendment, or exclusion to this insurance must not
exceed the insured person’s legal personal liability.
General Liability Exclusions:
The medical claims management company will not be responsible for
providing any assistance when:
1. Due to force majeure, it cannot perform any of the specified benefits expected in this policy.
2. Providing it would endanger the lives of the persons providing the assistance.
General Conditions:
Any fraud, falsehood, or concealment of information or data provided by the
insured or on his behalf prior to or during the issuance of insurance policy or
when filing a claim renders this insurance null and void, and all claims shall
be forfeited. The insured must take all reasonable precautions to protect
himself as if he were not insured.
HIV testing is mandatory for foreign visitors to Iraq, provided that these
tests are conducted in the specialized centers affiliated with the Iraqi
Ministry of Health.
General Exceptions
- Natural death.
- Death or hospitalization as a result of a terrorist incident.
- Suicide or attempted suicide, whether the mind is sound or unsound.
- Participation in war, military or paramilitary operations declared or undeclared-including invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostile attacks, military coups, usurpation of authority, martial law, or siege.
- Optional hospitalization not classified as an emergency case.
- Medical examination fees, analyses, tests, and medications prescribed not associated with an emergency.
- Total, partial, or temporary disability resulting from illness.
- Illegal acts or intentional exposure to accidents, or if the insured is in a state of insanity or mental disorder.
- Diseases or deformities resulting from military action or legal ruling, whether the mind is sound or not.
- Non-prescribed medications by a licensed doctor or incidents under the influence of drugs or alcoholic beverages.
- Pregnancy, childbirth, abortion, or any related complications.
- Infection with sexually transmitted diseases or as a result of drug or alcohol use.
- The cost of the companion’s stay with the patient in the hospital.
- Any treatment or medical procedure still in the testing phase.
- Congenital conditions, malformations, or defects at birth, whether known or
unknown, including diseases or impairments that may impact developmental rights. - The cost of prosthetic limbs, artificial alternatives, and organ transplants.
- Cosmetic surgeries like nose job, dental, or liposuction (except those required due
to accidents) and procedures related to weight monitoring/control. - Hearing tests unless resulting from an accident.
- Dental treatment costs of any kind such as restorative procedures, bridges,
whitening, jaw diseases and dental implants, except costs resulting from a covered
accident. - Treatment sessions related to improving speech ability.
- All medical costs related to fertility.
- Venereal diseases and acquired immunodeficiency disease and viral hepatitis (B and C) and syphilis.
- Ozone therapy. PET SCAN.

- Organized or temporary military or police duties.
- Nuclear hazards.
- Intentional exposure to unnecessary danger by the insured (except for attempts
to save a human life). - All services related to medical evacuation, emergencies, or epidemic-related
treatments under authorities supervision. - Participation in dangerous activities or high-risk sports competitions.
- Accidents legally classified as work-related or resulting from inherent occupational hazards.
